Permanent Holiday Lighting in Prosper, TX
Permanent holiday lighting is a row of LED lights mounted in a low-profile track that runs along your roofline. The track is color-matched to your trim, so during the day it’s hard to spot. At night, you open an app and pick a look: warm white for Christmas, orange and purple for Halloween, red, white and blue for the Fourth.
The lights stay up all year, so you never climb a ladder, untangle a strand or chase a dead bulb again. At the free design visit we look at your roofline, talk through what you want to light and measure for a system that fits your house.
What permanent lighting does for the holidays
No more ladders
The lights go up once, installed by our crew. No one in your family needs to be on the roof in December.
Any color, any holiday
Each light can show a different color, so the same system handles Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day and everything else.
Hidden during the day
The track sits under the edge of the roof and is matched to your trim, so the house doesn’t look decorated in July.
Run it from your phone
Pick colors, patterns and brightness in the app, and set schedules so the lights come on at dusk without you.
Efficient LEDs
LEDs use far less power than old incandescent strands and don’t get hot to the touch.
Fit to your roofline
Every run is measured to your house, including gables, peaks and the corners most DIY strands never reach cleanly.

Why permanent lights make sense in Prosper
Prosper and the cities around it are full of newer two-story homes with tall gables and steep pitches. They look great lit up, and they’re exactly the roofs no one should be climbing with a strand of lights in the cold.
North Texas weather doesn’t help. Fall can swing from warm to freezing in a day, and an ice storm can show up before you’ve finished decorating. A permanent system is already in place, so a bad weekend doesn’t decide whether the house gets lit this year.

Questions about permanent holiday lighting
How much does permanent holiday lighting cost?
It depends on how many feet of roofline you want lit, how many peaks and corners the house has, and the controller setup. We measure at your free design visit and give you a written quote. We don’t quote prices without seeing the house, because any number would be a guess.
Can I see the track during the day?
The track mounts under the edge of the roof and is color-matched to your trim, so from the street most people don’t notice it. We’ll show you a sample against your house at the design visit.
Do the lights need their own outlet?
The system needs power for the controller, usually from an outlet in the garage or attic area. We look at your power situation during the design visit and explain the options before you commit to anything.
