Permanent Lighting Repair & Service in Prosper, TX

Permanent lights live outside through North Texas summers, ice storms and hail, and sometimes something needs attention. A section that stops working, lights that show the wrong color or an app that won’t connect doesn’t mean starting over.

Tell us what’s happening, send a few photos, and include the brand if you know it. We’ll tell you what we can do before anyone comes out. We can also extend a system when you add a patio cover, a garage or a second run of lights.

Common problems we fix

  • Dark or flickering sections

Finding and replacing failed lights or connections so the whole run works again.

  • Wrong or mismatched colors

Resetting and re-addressing lights that drifted out of sync.

  • Controller and app problems

Reconnecting controllers to Wi-Fi and the app, and restoring scenes and schedules.

  • Storm and hail damage

Repairing track and lights damaged by hail, wind or falling limbs.

  • Roof or gutter work

Removing and reinstalling lights when a roof is replaced or gutters are redone.

  • Add-ons and extensions

Adding runs for a new patio cover, garage, pergola or a part of the roof you skipped the first time.

What North Texas weather does to outdoor lighting

North Texas sees hail in the spring, summer heat that bakes everything on the roof, and the occasional ice storm in winter. Outdoor lighting is built for weather, but a direct hit from hail or a falling limb can still damage a section.

If your roof is being replaced after a storm, call us before the roofers start. Taking the lights down carefully and putting them back afterward is much easier than repairing them after they’ve been pulled off.

Questions about repair & service

Do you service systems you didn’t install?

Often, yes. It depends on the brand and whether parts are available. Send us the brand name and photos of the lights, the track and the controller, and we’ll tell you whether we can help.

My roof is being replaced. What happens to my lights?

Call us before the roof work starts. We can remove the lights and track, store them if needed and reinstall them once the new roof is on.

Can I add lights to my existing system?

Usually, yes, as long as the new lights are compatible with your controller. We’ll check the system and tell you what an extension involves.
