Permanent Roofline Lighting in Little Elm, TX
Little Elm sits on the shore of Lewisville Lake, and a lot of its homes are in newer neighborhoods built over the last couple of decades. Lakeside lots and open views make a lit roofline easy to see from a distance.
We’re a short drive away in Prosper and install throughout Little Elm.
Wind off the lake
Homes near the water get more wind than those tucked inside a neighborhood. Clip-on holiday strands are the first thing to blow loose. Permanent lights sit inside a track fastened to the house, so they stay put.
Lighting for lake living
Lakefront and lake-view homes are often seen from the back as much as the front. We can light the sides and back of the house too, so it looks finished from the water, the patio or the street.

Little Elm permanent lighting questions
Can you light the back of the house?
Yes. Any part of the roofline with a solid edge to mount to can be lit, including the back and sides. We plan the layout with you at the design visit.
Will wind off the lake damage the lights?
The lights sit inside a track that’s fastened to the house, so they hold up to wind far better than clip-on strands. Severe weather like hail is a different story, and we can repair damaged sections if it happens.
